Proud to serve the Royal Fusiliers,

I was proud to recently finish this commission for the First Battalion of The Royal Fusiliers, for external display at their headquaters at Tidworth in Hampshire.

The 8 feet x 4 feet hardwood framed signboard, was given over 9 coats of paint, and hand lettered and gilded with heraldry and full battle colours rendered in 23, and a half Carat  real gold leaf and hand blended signwriters enamels.

After many hours of delicate work, A smartly uniformed and very pleased WO1 (RSM) D Snelling , Pictured here, came to collect it.
